Report submission highlighting taxation's role in the social contract and the importance of tax justice for a true human rights economy to the UN Human Rights Council ahead of the Independent Expert's thematic report.

In preparation for the Independent Expert on foreign debt and human rights’ thematic report to the United Nations Human Rights Council, we have submitted a report on The fiscal social contract and the human rights economy. In this submission, we underline the ways in which tax is the glue in the fiscal social contract, representing our greatest social superpower. We also explore the crucial role that tax justice plays in the achievement of a true human rights economy.
