Carolina is a Researcher and Advocate (Human Rights and Education) at the Tax Justice Network. She has a master's degree in Education Policies for Global Development from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) and the University of Cyprus, with a double degree in International Comparative Education from the University of Glasgow (Scotland). She also has a bachelor's degree in Education Studies and another in History from the State University of São Paulo (Brazil). Her work experience includes research, international advocacy, policy evaluation and teaching. She is interested in how tax systems can support Human Rights, public services and social justice.
