Cecile leads the organisational support and development team. She has extensive experience in fundraising with a specific emphasis on institutional fundraising. Prior to join Tax Justice Network, she has worked on a number of issues including human rights and climate justice. She holds a Diploma in Fundraising from the UK Institute of Fundraising.
Based in Madrid, Spain, she regularly shares her expertise with civil society organisations and teaches “Institutional Fundraising” at the Master Degree on Fundraising run by the Complutense University. She is a board member of the European Network on Statelessness.
