Cecile leads the organisational support and development team. She has extensive experience in fundraising with a specific emphasis on institutional fundraising. Prior to join Tax Justice Network, she has worked on a number of issues including human rights and climate justice. She holds a Diploma in Fundraising from the UK Institute of Fundraising.
Based in Madrid, Spain, she regularly shares her expertise with civil society organisations. She is a board member of the European Network on Statelessness.
