Congatulations Richard … I have followed you for some years now and this honour is well deserved. Lucky are the student that will be tutored by you.
Excellent news, and congratulations on your 4th March 2015 appearance on BBC News, lucidly stating the blindingly obvious that the journalists failed to state, namely that Facebook paying “millions more” in tax is not the same as Facebook paying what is *right* without recourse to tax avoidance measures. Keep up the good work, Sir.
just fyi, Richard Murphy isn’t part of TJN and he doesn’t contribute to this blog, though he worked with TJN for many years and remains a good friend of TJN.
